Westech’s “Big Iron” is a proprietary utility installation process that utilizes a D10T Caterpillar Rip CAT, D8N Plow CAT, CAT Challenger 85D with a 12-Reel trailer that allows for installation with a single pass. Clean up includes back fill over the plow line, and compacting with a vibratory compactor.
